As a massive 80s action hero fan I have always wondered who, between these giants do you think is the greater action hero actor? Who did the greater movies? The best performances?
As much as I admire Arnie, I think, through his Rocky and Rambo roles, Sly edges it:

I watched escape plan last night starring the pair of them. They seem to bring out the shitness in each other. One of the few films that was so bad I turned off and listened to the wind outside instead

First Rocky film was actually better than many people seem to people remember it for. It was GRITTY.

The best performance by either of these two was that of Schwarzenegger in 'The Last Action Hero'.
That was due to the fact that the film parodied his entire career to that point.

Arne for me. awesome action films in the 80s and early 90s
terminator 1 and 2. predator, total recall, running man, true lies. all superb. commando, red heat and raw deal,cheesy classics.
I don't even mind kindergarten cop or twins.
Junior and jingle all the way I do have issue with though.
rocky 1 and 4 were good as was demolition man and tango & cash
but overall arne.
